Fairly clean and the staff was attentive. My double room with the electronic key system as well as bunk beds was a nice size. Its perfect, remote location was a plus. The service was all in all exceptional.

Very friendly staff, it was pleasant stay.
There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a seating area in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The big size bathroom and the rest was clean.

Everything at this brand-new hotel was really good as we expected. The venue was set in the remote position right by the train station, many restaurants and the outskirts of Berlin within easy reach. Furthermore, to pay for everything. The employees were attentive and lovely.

Wonderful accommodation, the breakfast was marvellous, perfect location on a hot tropical island. The room was a nice size and featured an electric kettle, air conditioning, and an electronic key card. It had really nice beds. The service was exceptional, totally satisfied. We could find free Wi-Fi in public areas.

The location for Krausnick was marvellous, near bora bora restaurant, an attraction based on swimming and dining options. Our room was not only silent, but also new-fashioned with bunk beds, an openable window, as for instance.

Great way to end our trip. Pretty standard place with very nice facilities. The service of the hotel is exceptional. Neat building, impressive and perfectly comfortable location short walk to schoenefeld airport, a tropical forest and good food and various areas of the resort.
